Loft Insulation & Cavity Wall Insulation GRANTS Grants are available to all UK Homeowners & Private Tenants.
The grants available are part of the government's new Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT). The major utility companies (British Gas, N Power, Eon etc.) have to meet targets to reduce carbon emissions by paying to insulate domestic properties.
